Dr. Kelly Moser Wins Art and Sciences Research Award
Dr. Kelly Moser, associate professor of Spanish, was the recipient of this year’s College of Arts and Sciences Research Award. This award annually recognizes one faculty member from each of the three discipline areas (Humanities, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Natural and Physical Sciences) for their outstanding contributions to research conduced throughout the College. Dr. Moser was this year’s recipient for the Humanities; her work centers on world language teacher preparation, and has recently focused on how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected language teaching. With respect to the latter, she also recently won a Governor's Emergency Education Response grant to provide support for online teaching of world languages throughout the pandemic.
